Influencers from VIKENDHOLIČARI Visit Hiša Stele
On Sunday, 27 April, Hiša Stele welcomed members of the popular Croatian influencer group VIKENDHOLIČARI. Their visit formed part of the project Željezničko Biciklistički Vikend (ŽBV), through which they explore destinations across Slovenia by train and bicycle, promoting sustainable travel and authentic local experiences.
During their journey from Ljubljana to Kamnik, they stopped at Hiša Stele to discover one of the town’s most unique cultural heritage sites. As part of their visit, they took part in a workshop dedicated to decorating candles with original Jože Plečnik motifs and explored the historic rooms of the house, including the Candlemaking Museum and other collections that preserve more than 325 years of family and craft heritage.
The visitors were particularly impressed by the unique story of Hiša Stele, the authenticity of the experience, and the dedication with which traditional crafts and local heritage are preserved and shared with visitors.
